Ms. Barbie / Lead Teacher
Ms. Barbie has been running Tenderhearts Daycare, which is a state licensed home daycare/preschool in the city of Dracut, MA, for the past 10 years. She is Adult / Infant / Child CPR and First Aid certified and was Educated in Early Childhood Curriculum and Development at The Lowell Technical High School. She is currently attending Middlesex Community College majoring in Early Childhood Education, and is the proud mom of four amazing kids ages 17 through 23. In the past she worked at many centers including 3 years of Supervised Student Teaching through the Greater Lowell Tech. She spent 2 Years as a Teacher’s Aide at Rocking Horse Daycare in their Toddler Room, as well as 2 Years Teaching at the Wang Daycare center in the 3 year old classroom.
Ms. Kerry / Assistant Teacher
Ms. Kerry joined the Tenderhearts Family in February, 2008. Prior to joining us, she worked for the Lowell School Department as a bus monitor on the special needs busses for 14 years. She is a certified assistant through the Department of Early Education and Care. She holds a current certification in Adult / Infant / Child CPR and First Aid , and is working on getting her degree in Early Childhood.
We are a member of Bethel Child Care Services which is a great support for local Daycare Providers as well as the PACES food program. |
